The site\u2019s varying landforms make it challenging to develop yet unique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dreamland Beach\u2019s natural quality is essential for its scenic beauty and should be a subject for environment preservation. Forests located in the hills should also be preserved to reduce erosion and contribute to the beautiful, natural Pecatu landscape.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ridgelines and drainage lines off the ridges will provide opportunity for development and have the advantage of being a viewing point of the ocean.
